You put that absolute sack of shit End of the Tour ahead of Inside Out?

I'm very thankful in this 2018, the year of our Lord, that Diego no longer makes divisive, derogatory, or inflammatory statements regarding other people's opinions :)

Brooklyn not having many votes is a travesty on humanity.

Really? Wow, I didn't realize you loved it that much. If it weren't for Inside Out it'd be my favorite as well. Ronan's wonderful in it and the story is so emotionally rich.

Just hard not to love the film honestly. Watched it for film class this past summer semester and I gotta say I was blown away by it. The acting was incredible and the story just so charged emotionally you can't help but feel sucked into it. When she went back to Ireland the film was elevated even more, I couldn't believe the depth it had.

Such an intelligently made film.

Alright, I added It Follows and 99 Homes just 'cause we all seem to want them. You can clear your votes and resubmit them if you'd like.

Everything is intact on my list except for swapping Room out for 99 Homes. Lots of tough calls for this year, including having to forsake Brooklyn. Might stump for it instead of Son of Saul since that's a lost cause anyway.

I'm still bummed that Beasts of No Nation is still snubbed. I remember a good portion of us seeing that too.

Should the advancement requirement be at least 4 votes with a separate poll to determine the winners of the films with three votes?

Why is World of Tomorrow, a short film, ahead of Paddington?
Because art doesn't discriminate against length.

Probably why so many of us prefer movies to women.
