So, for those of you who know about that very unattractive girl who asked me to prom and who I was forced to turn down because I can't look at her for 3 unbroken seconds without cutting myself..... well, I just found out (in a very unfortunate manner, I might add) that a friend of mine told her that I said I rejected her because she was ugly (a true fact.... but one I wanted to keep between me and the friend, of course). So now I've got a half-deaf, friendless, horribly sad, very unattractive girl who has added me onto her list of things in her life that make her very depressed.

: (

I've been feeling pretty bad about it all day. I skyped with Goldblum about it earlier today. Very chill guy and all..... but I'm not sure he's exactly the emotionally-helpful type.

That's likely ah... true. I have trouble understanding ah you humans and your emotions.

So today was my very last practice with my school tennis team... ever.

I think I'm going to go stare at the ceiling and think about life for a while.

You should go up to her and tell her your friend is lying.  Then say that you rejected her because you're gay and you're bringing your boyfriend, Graham Vert, to prom.
No, she's friends with a girl that a dated a few years ago. A gayness claim would have been pointless.

That sucks, I know how you feel. Why is this your last practice though, since Tennis is a spring sport?

Season's over. For us, it's almost a winter AND spring sport (we started in January).

Yeah, Florida weather is bizarre. There was literally no transition into "spring": 30s-40s one day, 90 freaking degrees the next.

It's official: movie soundtracks can make anything cooler.

So I was on a field trip today, and on the way there on the bus, we came to a railroad crossing. The rule is that you have to be completely silent when you cross the railroad tracks (not sure if that applies anywhere else), and the bus has to stop and open its doors (presumably to listen for a train, I don't really know). So we come up on the railroad crossing and everyone goes silent. The bus driver stops and opens the door and whatever before we leave, so it took about 20-30 seconds maybe. Nothing out of the ordinary, but at the time, I had been relistening to the Interstellar score, and "The Wormhole" was the song playing. It was synced perfectly and everything: it started to build up as we stopped, and the organ swelled as soon as we were able to cross. I wanted to start giggling like a baby, it was so cool to me.

I probably would've crapped my pants if there had actually been a train coming. It was stressing me out, lol.
