Lin-Manuel Miranda joins Emily Blunt in Mary Poppins 2, directed by Rob Marshall.

New images from Stephen King's Cell, starring John Cusack, Samuel L. Jackson, Isabelle Fuhrman, and Stacy Keach.
Normally I pretty much hate musicals, but Hamilton was incredible and definitely an exception.

I remember reading fifty pages of Cell in seventh grade and then giving up on it. Not that that's really relevant to anything but whatever.

The Thomas Crown Affair is being rebooted again, with Michael B. Jordan being eyed for the title character.

FUCK ALL THESE REMAKES.

That includes this one. And that of Memento. And of Labyrinth. And whatever plans there are to remake Back to the Future. Just fuck all of this. Only remake films that'll benefit from being remade, like Reign of Fire and other shit like that.

Logan's Run could benefit from a remake (though it'd probably end up being shit anyway).

Actually, a remake of that has been development for over a decade. Filmmakers like Bryan Singer and Nicolas Winding Refn were attached.
