Should we revive the idea of making our own film website?

Yes, it'll be awesome. Our analysis and theories have been lurking in the dark for way too long.

Yes; Screengeek shows it can work and we are no worse than them.
2 (33.3%)
Perhaps, once everyone finishes college & all.

No, we are too late to the party now.

No, this was never destined to last. Much like Oasis screenplays or Film Festival.

I fully support this endeavor. I'm way too busy to help much with it, but I'll contribute what I can.

Also, congrats Goldblum!

The domain name combined with one excellent social media push would be ah my explanation.

I would love for us to ah... have a website. Our colorful personalities and love for film will stand out in an age of ah committee made clickbait article dullness.

I've just cleaned out my inbox of old Uwe Boll Google Alerts, which was a great way to both find some hilarious quotes ("Boll went on to compare the Rampage trilogy to Richard Linklater’s coming-of-age movie Boyhood, since it has followed Fletcher’s character for close to a decade in three movies."), as well as a take a look at some of the other smaller film websites we would apparently be competing with. Stuff like:

tvovermind.com - mostly about (subpar) TV like The Blacklist. At a largely stable ~100,000-150,000 on Alexa.

screenanarchy.com - a website which actually had the same trajectory's as Goldblum's: first entering the charts about halfway through the year, and then quickly rising, though not as fast (now at 115,000). What makes it really different, though, is that it basically allows anyone to post stuff and have it published on the website once the first five submissions get past their moderation. It even includes what I hoped we would get around to doing, by interviewing lesser known, yet still influential people like Yuen Woo Ping.

nowloading.co - As above, a website that also rose fast through letting anyone write for it. However, it's less about cinema fans, and more about games, memes and whatever, which is obviously why it went from the same baseline to 36,000.
