Yeah - pretty much everything you just said is incorrect - except for the "fuck you Bill Nelson" - so you got at least one thing correct.  The "uninsurable" communities are very, very few, and they are super old homes lying so far below sea level that they are imminent flood risks.  Basically the same situation as being able to uninsure homes in California for fire damage that are in high-risk areas - but you weren't gonna mention that, were ya?  But keep touting that garbage-ridden, homeless infused shit pile that is California that I thankfully left 25 years ago before it became a bastion of lunacy.

I'm seriously blown away that you didn't get my point there. I wasn't making a "Florida is a mudhole" joke; there's no need to get defensive. Yes, California has similar problems. The difference is that we're doing something to slow climate change, and our legislators and executives are willing to say that it's actually happening-- something that Rick Scott (and Daddy Donald, for that matter) refuses to do, either out of political expedience or pure denial. The uninsurable areas will only grow larger as sea levels rise. You had to deliberately misinterpret my point in order to evade what I said, and then resort to generalized attacks on my home state in order to distract from your apparent inability to respond intelligently.

Also, Cutler told me once that you don't "believe" in global warming. I chose to assume that he was not telling the truth, giving you the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully you'll live up to my high expectations. If not, I'll happily explain to you how we know climate change is anthropogenic any day of the week.
