Sitting at 97% on RT with 37 reviews.

While some of the positive ratings have notable variation, it's a very good sign. This is the only superhero film I'm truly excited for this year.

July 11, 2009 saw the knockout defeat of Michael "The Count" Bisping to Dan "Hendo" Henderson in which Henderson throw a right cross and proceeded to drop a brutal punch to an unconscious Bisping, which would later be coined "The H-Bomb".  7 years and 104 UFC events later, at UFC 204 the two rematched, this time with Bisping as the Middleweight champ and Henderson (now called Old Man Dan) reaching the age of 46.  Henderson, who was the former Pride and Strikeforce Middleweight champ, was looking to finally get the UFC belt that had always escaped his grasp.   After braving two brutal shots, Bisping was able to win the fight via unanimaous decision (a controversial one at that).  Old Man Dan, who spent the better of 3 decades of his life competing all across the world, decided it was time to hang up the gloves and retired.

I have a feeling this might be able to come close to topping Days of Future Past as my favorite X-Men film.

Probablymy most anticipated film of 2017

On July 11th, 2015, fans in attendance at UFC 189 saw one of the most grueling and brutal fights the company saw.  On that card was Conor McGregor vs Chad Mendes, the then #1 & #2 ranked Featherweights, but the co-main event was between "Ruthless" Robbie Lawler and Rory "The Canadian Psycho/The Waterboy/The Red King" MacDonald.  At the end of the first round, both fighters went to their corner.  Lawler looked fine, but MacDonald clearly had a broken nose.

Lawler was getting the better of the exchanges through the second round.  It was clear that the broken nose was affecting the otherwise great Canadian fighter.

Then, the third round came... and Rory wasn't going down without a fight.

At the end of the fourth, this iconic moment happened.  Both fighters stared at each other.  Rory was later asked what was going on in his mind and his answer was simple: "Kill"

Start of the 5th

Rory gave it his all, but the broken nose combined with the strain of a 5 round match was just too much.  Rory was finished.

But don't worry, they're cool
