The only horror film I saw this year was The Visit, but I'm planning on seeing the new Paranormal Activity (just because) and Krampus...and Goosebumps, but that doesn't count :P

Agreed! Same score too :D

How did you like The Visit?

I thought it was great, funny, scary, and overall enjoyable.  8/10.

It also made my mom begin to like horror movies...she was afraid of them before but she loved The Visit and now wants to see more horror films.
Goodbye!

Anyone who likes the Visit but hates the Green Inferno should be rounded up and slaughtered... for the good of mankind, of course.

What would happen if someone likes both?

So for those that have seen it, is Insidious Chapter Three any good?

My favorite of the three films, tbh.

Yeah, I heard it was better than the second film. I liked the first one, so I'll give this one a go. Knowing you enjoyed something makes me more interested in seeing it.

That's the second modern horror series where you prefer the third film over the others: Insidious and PA.

It's awesome.  Yakuza Apocalypse is a lot of fun...I see your profile picture has already been changed accordingly.  Though I think it would have been better to see the film without knowing that the frog man would show up.

Yeah, I tried not to look up anything, but it was mentioned casually in a few places, so I just gave in and googled his image. It's not going to be an issue. I'm sure I'll love it regardless.

Frog man showed up at TIFF after the screening.  It was pretty awesome.  He gave me a hug.

That's flippin' sweet! I would have taken a photo with him. And cherished it for the rest of my life.

Didn't have a camera :/
But I'm not much for taking photos...I'll always have the memory.

Every time I try to see that movie, my girlfriend has to work late or something. She wants me to wait for her to see it but I might do it anyway
