Guys, I never thought the day would come...

...but M. Night Shyamalan made something good again! That was a damn good pilot. 8/10.

Plot twist: You didn't actually see it.

The twist is that this is a fake John Tyler telling us he watched the show. NOW WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE REAL JOHN TYLER?

No, I think the real twist is that this is just a ploy for John to convince us that he's not racist. Come on, John, there are a lot better things you can do to convince all of us you're not racist besides pretending to like something from Shyamalan.

Game of Thrones was pretty **** this week. On the bright side, I'm enjoying binging the Orphan Black I've missed.
(And yes, I know, I haven't posted in a while. Busy, busy.)

Agreed. I'm not gonna fully judge it until I see the pay off next week, but the combination of the lame Sand Snakes, the possible poisoning of my favorite character, and that disturbing "Black Wedding" didn't sit well with me. Well, at least the "dwarf cóck" scene was great.

To be honest, I'm not sure there's any payoff that needs that scene to function. I mean, we already knew Ramsay was an ****, and it just forces Sansa into the position of a victim again. I saw a far better suggestion for a scene to use there: have Ramsay force Sansa to flay someone. It'd be much more interesting.

Well, I can't say I didn't see it coming. A similar situation happened in the books. I'm assuming the writers put it in because Sansa thought she could control Ramsay and obviously now she will be spurred to action against him. Also, something as fúcked up as this will certainly break Theon. While I can't say I like the scene, I definitely understand why it was put in. But yeah, Sansa killing someone would've been much more interesting and I hate seeing her as a victim for the 1 billionth time. Hopefully she and Theon will get some **** vengance by the end of the season.

As far as I've gathered, the writers liked the abuse storyline of Jeyne Poole in the books so much that they've been planning to put Sansa in it since season 2, and have been working towards this. Pretty f*cked up, to be honest.

Also, it's pretty ridiculous that this plot hinges entirely on everyone in Westeros forgetting that Sansa is already married and that Ramsay Bolton is a sadistic monster.

I think they just wanted Sansa to have a bigger part in the story (in the books she's just chilling in
The Vale), so I guess they thought mixing that segment of the story in would be a dramatic catalyst for what's to come. If they just shove it off and Sansa goes back to being a victim, I'll be beyond píssed.

Guys the Sansa story with Ramsay has a point. I'm surprised none of you saw it as it was pretty apparent in the last shot of that scene.

They're starting to bring Theon back.

Oh I know that. I just hate that causing Sansa to become a victim (through rãpe of all things) is what's being used to do it. As long as they both emerge stronger from this, I'll be happy.
