No he isn't. He's actually a very interesting, compelling, layered villain, I'd say.

13 Reasons Why was filmed in my town. The school they attend is the place I took the SAT at.

Hate the fucking show, though.
I wouldn't have expected you to like it at all, but I found it intriguing (especially at the beginning), and it elicited genuine emotion a few times-
Spoiler (hover to show)
. Yeah, there was some retarded stuff that happened just to keep the twists covered up but I still enjoyed it overall.

I'm honestly blown away that anyone on the face of the Earth enjoyed that show. It's basically a highly dramatized Lifetime movie. It glorifies suicide by painting the dead girl as some kind of martyr, and it refuses to put any blame on her shoulders. No, the fault lies solely with the mean meanies at school. If you kill yourself, you'll really be showing them!

Its morals are twisted and unsettling, and because the subject matter is handled so clumsily and humorlessly, it ends up romanticizing suicide, and presenting it as a viable option. It's arguably more backwards than the infamous "Maybe" line in The-Film-That-Must-Not-Be-Named.

Plus, you know, the acting and dialogue are simply the shits.

Still though, the first season of The Walking Dead is one of the worst seasons of TV I've ever seen, if not the worst.

Does he get better in later seasons? Because I'm pretty sure the main reason people find him "interesting" is because he poses a significant threat to the main characters and drives the plot. Character-wise, I don't think he's anything special.

Oh well, at least he's better than Ramsay Bolton...

Rewatched the Office episode Threat Level Midnight. One of the best episodes of the series by far.

I've watched (I think) 5 episodes of Black Mirror over the past month plus, and while some are decent I honestly think the basic premise of this show just doesn't work. Since everything is set in some sort of different world, every episode basically has to set up not only characters and a plot, but also an entire world and it just doesn't work for me. As I said, a couple episodes were decent, but the first episode of season three was so bad that I'm done.

I guess so. I have no idea why Black Mirror got popular though, it's honestly confusing.

They all take place in the same universe lmao.

Also, I'd suggest continuing the show. You literally stopped it before the you hit the best episodes. San Junipero and Shut Up and Dance are bound to change your mind, I promise.

I like this show, but if it ends in a zombie apocalypse, idk... I just don't care for that.

I mean, maybe they take place in the same universe but that doesn't matter if some new technology that the entire episode is predicated on is introduced every episode. And idk, maybe if I have an hour of time and feel like it, but the first episode of season 3 was just so bad...

Well ep. 3 (Shut Up and Dance) doesn't really have a new type of technology they introduce. It's more of a straightforward thriller. I think you'll enjoy it more then.

Watched the first six episodes of 13 Reasons Why. It's definitely problematic but I find it to be surprisingly quite engaging so far.
