As long as we're not guilty over our favorite MCU film anymore...

Name one good god damn reason why you feel this is the best.
First and foremost, I loved the medieval/Tolkian imagery and mythology. It felt more LOTR than it did MCU, and I love it for that.

And how do those negate, oh I don't know, everything else?

I feel like not enough people appreciate how prescient this film was.

I mean, the main power of its antagonist is literally the ability to get people to sign deals that screw them over. Dreamworks probably thought they were far too obvious with this one.

In Great Britain, Inception and Interstellar are both actually really underrated here.

The Edge of Seventeen.  It's been growing on me as of late, but I rarely see it get talked about much.  I think it's pretty damn great.

In 2010, Inception was the 4th highest grossing film in the U.K.  In 2014, Interstellar outgrossed Godzilla.  I'm not buying into your story that these films are "underrated" in the U.K.
Goodbye!

Apparently not, because 2000 was in the 20th century.
