Gone Baby Gone appears to be fine if the parent advisory guide on IMDb is to be trusted
I never know whether to laugh or cry when Kashmir says stuff like this.

I decided to just keep the director race as it is. I already know you're going to pick The Dark Knight, Paasche, so you don't have to bring it up unless you would prefer I see a different Nolan movie.
Haha, I'm definitely willing to choose something else if you would prefer it- Gone Baby Gone comes to mind, or Before the Devil Knows You're Dead.
The Dark Knight is probably the safest bet and the easiest to find, as a friend of mine has it on DVD. Gone Baby Gone appears to be fine if the parent advisory guide on IMDb is to be trusted, so if not TDK, I'll go with that. It's your call.
I mean, if the option is open I'll stick with TDK, given that it's my favorite movie ever and it's easy for you to get (and PG-13 so it shouldn't be a problem in that department). I was just giving more options if you weren't feeling TDK for whatever reason.

TDK it is, then (and Donnie Darko for Tatum).

Kashmir, you seen Donnie Darko?
I have not. Is it on Netflix? Also, do you want me to watch the theatrical cut or the director's cut?
I don't believe it's on Netflix, but I could be mistaken. I believe I've only seen the theatrical cut, but watch whichever you're able to I guess haha.

Honestly, the director's cut is pretty bad.  They spell the entire plot out for you and cut the smurf scene.

Ah, good to know. And cutting the smurf scene? That's just criminal.
